UnderDog is an independent boxing game being developed in Unreal Engine by a three-person team. Our ambition is to bring the world of boxing to life for devoted fans and players discovering the sport for the first time.

Carlos Adams brings more than a decade in boxing and the Adams Brand’s relationships with fighters, managers, promoters, and trainers. Alongside a small, dedicated development team, he’s turning that connection into a new vision for the virtual ring.
Our goal is to build a roster of over 200 fighters, with an ambitious spotlight on women’s boxing. Fighter participation and licensing are being pursued through individual agreements.

Our first playable milestone is nearing completion, estimated for the end of November 2026. Gameplay updates will follow as development progresses.

Targeting PC via Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox. Nintendo Switch 2 is also being explored, subject to technical feasibility.
